User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they upload to SigStick. Make sure you have the right to upload or have obtained permission from the copyright owner.

Copyright Removal Request

If your copyright-protected work has been posted on SigStick without your authorization, you can submit a copyright removal request.

Prepare a Copyright Removal Request

Consider if the content falls under exceptions like fair use or fair dealing. We may request you to confirm you have made this consideration. If you don't provide sufficient response or if an exception is applicable, the content will not be removed.

Keep in mind that the copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf, should submit the removal request.

Prepare the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim is being infringed.
• The exact URL or a description of the location where the alleged infringing material is located.
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Request will not be processed if the provided information is incomplete.

Submitting a Request

After preparing the request, send it to our email. We will review your request and take appropriate action.

Do not submit false claims; doing so may lead to account suspension or other legal consequences.
